It is with great sadness that the family of Marian Grace Jones announces her passing on Sunday, July 23, 2017, at the age of 95 years. Marian will be lovingly remembered by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Marian was born December 24, 1921, in Chicago, IL to Grace (Davis) Crandall and Arthur Fremont Crandall. She had 1 sister and 2 brothers. She married Virgel Henry Jones in 1941. They had 6 children (3 sons and 3 daughters).
She is survived by her daughters Cynthia Higl of Menifee, CA, Lyn Benanti (son-in-law Gary) of Menifee, CA, and Michele Benis of Escondido, CA; her sons Steve Jones (daughter-in-law Linda) of Sun City, CA, Alan Jones of Salem, OR, and Gregory Jones of Fontana, CA. She has 10 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and all her siblings. Memorial service will be held at 2:00PM, Saturday, August 5th at Miller-Jones Mortuary in Sun City, CA
