She is survived by siblings Dale Findley, Jeanette Stewart, David Findley, their children and grandchildren.
Her lifelong pursuit of education and teaching was perhaps surpassed only by her love for animals and the Wild West.
As an advocate for the deaf community and those with disabilities, she worked in both Arkansas and California. She was a teacher, counselor, friend, daughter, aunt and sister. "Happy trails to you, until we meet again."
Marilyn left this world, stating in her last days, “I want to go home to Jesus.”
