Born Saturday, October 22, 1921, in Brighton, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Roy Humston and the late Fae Harbison Humston.
Mary was described by her family as been a very classy lady. She enjoyed entertaining at parties and was a person with a heart of gold. She spent some of her time volunteering at the local hospital as well as volunteering with the meals on wheels program. Her hobbies consisted of playing bridge, dancing, and traveling.
Surviving are her beloved husband, Sewell Grant Boyd, sons, Robert Michael Lundgren and Richard Lundgren, daughter, Kimberly Lundgren, 3 grand children; 5 great grand children, nieces & nephews, and cousin Joe (Barbie)
