Born on July 23, 1931, in Wheeler County, Georgia, Mary dedicated 40 years of her life to caring for others as a compassionate Registered Nurse. Outside of her career, she had a vibrant passion for the outdoors and loved fishing, camping, and traveling to new places. She was happily married to her beloved husband, Harry R. Miller, for 50 years before his passing in 2006.
Mary was the dear mother of Patricia (Mike) Petrocco, Timothy (Nancy) Miller, and Cindy Miller. She was the loving grandmother of Kristle, Maureena, Veronica, and Steven, and the proud great-grandmother of three.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Harry; her granddaughter, Christina; and her siblings, Ruth, Juanita, Helen, Bryon, Claude, Harry, Malcom, A.W., Otto, and Mark. Her legacy of care, adventurous spirit, and family devotion will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A Committal Service will be held at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518, US, on October 26, 2026, from 10:45 am to 11:15 am.
