Michael Lawrence Contreras, 65 of Perris, CA passed away on Monday, February 27, 2012, in Moreno Valley, CA. He was born on Friday, December 13, 1946 in Los Angeles, CA to Robert and Lilian Contreras. He was the husband of Bertha Rose Contreras for 47 wonderful years. Michael worked for Cal Trucking in Fontana for 10 years as a truck driver. He also worked for several years at National RV in Perris, CA. Michael was a loving husband, brother, uncle and friend.
He enjoyed listening to music, especially Mexican Music and the "oldies". He was an avid musician; he enjoyed playing harmonica. "Uncle Mike" was always there for his family. In his later years he adored the time able spend with his great nieces and nephews. He will forever be loved and cherished for the lessons of life he shared with others.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lilian; 3 Brothers, Robbie Contreras, Donald Contreras and Charles Contreras. He is survived by his wife, Bertha Rose Contreras; sisters, Judy Carter and Maricela Madrid and many other family members and friends.
