He was born Tuesday, December 11, 1956 in Inglewood, California.
Michael's family remembers him as a quiet man. He coached little league and was a big fan of all sports, especially the Yankees. He was also a huge Bruce Springsteen fan. But his biggest love was his family. He was always a great provider and was their "rock". He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Michael is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Isabel (Escobedo) Melendy; son Sean Melendy; daughter Tessa Fuller; grandson Jonah Fuller; parents Eddie and Kay (Edwards) Melendy.
