Naomi Lance, 90, passed away Friday, August 12, 2016, at her home in Corona, California after a long illness. She was born in Stephenville, Texas to parents, R.S. Carr and Leona (Hooper) Carr. She grew up in a family of 9 children.
Mrs. Lance had lived in Southern California since 1945. She was a resident of Sun City since 1983, and moved to Brookdale Assisted Living in Corona in 2011.
Mrs. Lance was a member of the First Baptist Church in Sun City.
She is survived by one daughter, Patricia Fichtner, of Norco and son, Lawrence Guy Lance of Anaheim Hills. She has 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Guy A. Lance and daughter, Joan Lance.
