Nathaniel John Griffin, 85 of Hemet, California passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2018, at Hemet Valley Medical Center in Hemet, California. He was born Tuesday, July 4, 1933 to the late Nathaniel Griffin and Christine Grant of Canada. Nathaniel married the love of his life, Josephine Brunetti with whom he share over 49 great years together. After graduating from high school he went to sea as a Merchant Marine. Although he wore many hats, the best days of his life were working on the Queen Mary for more than 10 years where he had the opportunity to meet many celebrities, and work as an exercise trainer. Nathaniel was a quiet man but a very determined man who enjoyed ice skating, playing pool and riding his bike almost every day while walking the dogs. Nathaniel is survived by his loving wife, Josephine Griffin and sister, Elizabeth Phillips. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.
