She was born Friday, December 18, 1925 in Tacoma, Washington, she was the daughter of the late Robert Manning and the late Pearl Nelson Manning.
Surviving are sons, Russell R Turner and Tracy Turner, daughters, Michele Morganand Karen Turner.
A Funeral service will be at 1:45 PM on Wednesday March 27, 2013 at Riverside National Cemetery located at 22495 Van Buren Boulevard Riverside, California 92518. Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
