Ollie Roberts, 88 of Perris, California passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2011, at her home in Perris, California . She was born in Oklahoma on March 10, 1923.She was proud of the fact that she was the 1st African-American employed by Hemet Hospital where she was employed for many years. She was a faithful member of A.M.E. Church in Perris. Ollie Loved the Lord with all her heart. She was a dedicated wife, mother and friend. She will forever be loved and missed. Ollie is survived by her loving sons, Milfred Ellard, Jr., Ronald Warren, Louis Buffington, Jr. ,and Larry Payne; daughter, Shelia Marva Ellard; 5 grand children; 8 great grand children and a host of other family members and friends.
