Otilia entered into life on Wednesday, December 13, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Rafael Munoz and the late Maria Quiroz.
Surviving are Son, Carlos Chavez, daughter, Rebecca Martinez, daughter Laura Brauer, daughter Rachel Quigley and a host of family and friends.
Otilia will be greatly missed.
Services will be held at Miller-Jones Mortuary located at 1835 N. Perris Blvd. Perris, CA 92571 on Wednesday, January 22, 2020. A viewing will be held at 11am and a chapel service at 11:30am. We will then proceed to Riverside National Cemetery located at 22495 Van Buren Blvd. Riverside, CA 92518, where Otilia will be laid to rest with her beloved husband Lino Chavez. Family will have a reception service for family and friends to follow.
