Patricia "Patty" Workman

Patty was born September 23, 1963 in Guadalajara, Mexico to the late Antonio and Teresa Sotelo-Vazquez. She was the middle child of nine children, one, Eduardo preceded her in death. Her son, Andrew Elijah Workman also preceded her in death. Patty was educated in the Los Angeles Unified School district.

Patty married Jonathon Workman in 2005 and together they raised their five children, and two grandchildren. Patty professed her life to Christ at an early age, and her faith matured greatly over the last ten years. The family lived in Moreno Valley, California, but attend Valle Vista Assembly of God Church. She loved being in the church and worshiping the Lord with her family. Patty served in multiple capacities, from local school activities to community events. She had a servants heart, and always enjoyed supporting her family, friends and community..

Patty loved to create, cook and shop. She visited her family often in Mexico, and cherished her time with them. Her smile was one in a million and could light up any room she was in. She was a loving and caring person, devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend, always thinking of others first. “To know her was to love her.”

Patty leaves to cherish her loving memory her husband Jonathon Workman, children, Ivonne Vazquez, Gabriela Vazquez, Jonathan Montenegro, Eric Workman; 2 grandchildren, Toi-San Wright Patterson and Kerry Sophia Morgan.
