Phyllis was a teacher for over 21 years and continued to substitute teach. She was very proud of her two Bachelor's degree and continued education. She loved to crochet, sew and read.
She is survived by her loving family, Husband of 44 years LeRoy; her children Kenneth Guilford of Hemet, Rowland "Christian" Guilford of Menifee and Heidi Noel Welch of Mountain Home, Idaho; Her brother, Robert Allen and three grandchildren, Adam, Lisa and Jude.
She was predeceased by her daughter Lisa Guilford, Sister Judith Allen Smith and her parents, Thomas and Martha Allen.
