He was born Wednesday, October 27, 1965 in Los Angeles, California, he was the son of the late Jesus Franco and Teresa Graziano Franco.
Ralph was an avid sports fan, especially when it came to the Dodgers, Rams and Lakers. His family remembers him as a very warm person who touched many people in his life. He was very active in his church. His biggest love of course was his family. He truly adored his 3 children. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Surviving are son, Andrew Franco; daughters, Adriana Franco and Alisha Franco; brothers, Alex Franco, Tony Franco, Ray Franco and Armin Franco; sister-in-law Letty Olivas.
He was predeceased by brother, Richard Franco and sister, Mercy Demko.
