Mr. Estrada grew up in Alice Texas. Attended high school and college in that area. He moved to So. California in the mid nineteen sixties and became employed by General Telephone, later Verizon. This was in Whittier, Ca. In 1976 he transferred to Hemet and worked in COEI for GTE/Verizon, a total employment of 45 years. Mr Estrada was very active in the Hemet community as a youth baseball coach for Valley Wide Recreation and as a 4-H leader in Little Lake 4-H club. All of his 5 children were involved in 4-H and sports. Besides youth involvement, he was a steward and area Vice President for Communication Workers of America for many years until his retirement. He helped coordinate donations for United Way and sat on various organizational committees as a CWA representative. Mr. Estrada is survived by his wife of 42 years Susan, two daughters, Margie and Suzie, three sons, Daniel, Steven and Andy, 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
