Raymond F. Reyna Jr.

Raymond F. Reyna Jr., 73 of Hemet, California passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018, at Kindred Hospital in Perris, California. He was born on Thursday, August 3, 1944 and was the son of the late Raymond Reyna and Frances Reyna. He was the husband to the love of his life, Maria Reyna for 57 years. In their early days he enjoyed jumping in the car for a cruise. Nothing planned other than a direction to see where he, Maria and the kids would end up. Raymond was mechanically inclined and was able to fix just about anything rather than buying something new. You could always catch him messing with his phone or computer to "make it work better". He loved to tinker with his cars and collected classic model cars. Again, in the early days Raymond and Maria loved the beach, especially the "Rocks" and traveled up and down Pacific Coast Highway. He just loved scenery. His family describes him as having a wicked sense of humor who loved his comedies, but also loved watching boxing. He was very family oriented. He loved to be around his kids and grandchildren. Preceded in death was his brother Carlos " Charlie" Reyna in 1971 and his Mom, Frances Reyna in 2003. Surviving is his wife Maria Reyna; sons Frank Reyna ( Margaret); Xavier Reyna (Leah) and daughters Selena Reyna; Valarie Reyna; Alvina Mosqueda (Johnnie); Desirie Orellana(Jeremy) and Elena Reyna; sister Cecilia Niesen; 21 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 24, 2018, at Miller-Jones Hemet Mortuary, 1501 W Florida Ave , Hemet, California.
