Rebecca Margaret Peterson

Rebecca Margaret Peterson, 38 of Hemet, California passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2019, at Residence in Hemet, California. She was born Tuesday, September 30, 1980, to the late Richard Peterson and Karen Adams Peterson. Rebecca grew up in Orange County where she spent most of her life in Huntington Beach until moving to Hemet three months ago. Rebecca was an artist and used her talent to paint beautiful abstract paintings for family and friends. She also was an animal lover and shared her life with many dogs and cats through the years. Her animals loved her as well in fact her dog, “Phoenix” jumped out of a two story window to go find her one day and her cat, “Rummy” was very protective of her with others around. Most of all Rebecca loved being a nanny to three beautiful girls, Maddie, Sadie and Josie. She is preceded in death by her father, Richard Peterson and leaves behind her mother, Karen Lee Peterson, sisters, Rhea Thompson, Renne Brickley, Rachel Peterson and Rochelle Peterson, brothers, Sheldon Peterson, R.J. Peterson, Keith Peterson, extended family, Amy, Gershon, their three daughters, Maddie, Sadie and Josie and a bundle of nieces, nephews and friends.
