Richard James Cox was born on June 30, 1955, to his parents Lee and Clara Cox in Long Beach, CA. A sports fan, he regularly enjoyed watching professional and college sporting events and was an avid Angels Baseball fan. Richard over time, would develop a personal affinity for playing the game of golf. Richard took great pride in his two sons and the families they are raising today.
Richard is survived by his loving family, son, Matthew Cox (Lindsay) their children Matthew and Maci; son, Adam Cox (Kim) their children Addie and Otto, sister, Mickie Withee, nephew, Todd Withee and life-long friends, Bill Hilldabrand and Mark Finley.
He will be truly missed by everyone who was fortunate enough to have him in their life..
