Richard I. Dawson, age 72, of Hemet, CA, entered eternity on Tuesday, December 27, 2011. He entered life on Friday, September 22, 1939 in Terre Haute, Indiana. The son of the late Richard and Erma Dawson.
Richard retired from Verizon as a Superintendent after 30 years service.
He was preceded in death by his son, Anthony Dawson in 2010.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sheila Dawson; one daughter, Deborah and her husband, Rick Walden; one son, Richard and his wife Maris Dawson; ten grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
