Richard Gundelfinger, age 69 of Temecula, California entered eternal life on Friday, June 22, 2012. He entered life Wednesday, February 17, 1943, in St. Louis, Missouri. He was the son of Albert Gundelfinger and Marjorie Dagger Gundelfinger.
Richard retired from the US Army after 26 years of service, including duty in Vietnam. He was a Lt. Colonel and engineer specializing in tactical communications.
He is survived by his loving wife, Karen Gundel, 2 sons, Jason Gundel and his fiance, Eran Bermudez; and Esseye Merid; daughter, Kristin Kassouf and her husband, Milhem; parents, Albert and Marjorie Gundelfinger; sisters, Carol Roth and Nan Shults; father-in-law, Warren Eastman and grandson, Evan Kassouf.
