Richard Gillman Jensen passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 in Murrieta, California. Richard was born on June 17, 1940 in Brigham City, Utah to the late Theron and Clara (Burton) Jensen.
Richard was a police officer for the LAPD for 25 years. He enjoyed sports and spending time with his family and friends.
Richard is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Chieko Jensen of Murrieta, California; his daughter, Leslie Jensen, of Seattle, Washington; his step-daughters, Noriko Morey of San Diego, California and Teruko Narita of Japan; his siblings all from Utah, Kent Jensen, Nancy King, Sally Gibbons and Janice Summers; 2 grandchildren and one great grandson. Also many loyal friends and extended family. He will be greatly missed by all!
