Richard Lee Hilsabeck, age 81, of Menifee, California, passed away on Friday, October 2, 2015. He was born on Wednesday, February 7, 1934, in Boone, Iowa, to the late William Hilsabeck and the late Geneva Craven Hilsabeck.
