Roger passed away on October 7, 2016 peacefully at home.
He was born on November 30, 1950 in Elkhart Indiana.
He is survived by his longtime wife Maridon Briscoe.
He had three sons Roger Lee Briscoe II , Jeffrey Briscoe, Bradley Briscoe and Christopher Briscoe
Four beautiful grandchildren.
Tina Salinas, Gary and Bob Briscoe were his siblings.
Roger served in the Navy from 1968-1972
He was an active member in the American Legion.
He retired after 30 years of service with EMWD.
He enjoyed spending quality time with his family and his handiwork.
A Memorial will be held at Simpson Center on Saturday October 15, 2016
