He was born Thursday, December 2, 1948 in New York, New York, he was the son of the late Juan Rios and the late Rosa Santiago Rios. He was the husband of Rosa Rios.
He served in the Army during the Vietnam era. Roman was a man with a big heart who could talk to anybody. He was a fan of many sports, especially Boxing and the Lakers. He also loved Breakfast! It was his favorite meal of the day.
Surviving are sons, Roman Rios , Cesar Rios and David Rios, daughters, Anna Rios and Evette Rios.
A Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM on Saturday December 29, 2012 at Miller-Jones Moreno Valley Mortuary located at 23618 Sunnymead Blvd Moreno Valley, California 92553. Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
