

Ronald Barcenes Chavira, of San Jacinto, California, passed away on March 6th, 2025. He was born in Los Angeles, California, on November 17th, 1937. He is survived by his wife, Lydia Flores Chavira; daughter Debbie Lopez of San Jacinto; son Ronald Chavira of Whittier; and grandson David Lopez of Hemet.
Ronald worked in Los Angeles for the automotive industry as a paint technician. He specialized in turning cars and motorcycles into works of art by providing custom paint jobs that showcased the owner's personal style. He moved from Los Angeles to Hemet, California around 1968 where he continued painting. Later, he worked at Eastern Municipal Water District for 13 years before his retirement in 1995. He loved talking to family and friends about his love for vehicles and job experiences.
He was known for having strong faith in the Lord and he shared his love for the scripture. It gave him great joy in donating to charities and helping people in need. He will be deeply missed, but his legacy of kindness and commitment to family and friends will not be forgotten.
