Rorie Power was the beloved wife of Chuck (Charles) Power, mother of Kathleen, Gregory and Michele and blessed with seven grandchildren. Her wit and humor carried her through life. She was an outgoing and personable person who made new friends. Her love for cooking led to many delicious meals and very special holiday feasts. She was involved in many activities including tennis and golf.
Through our mother’s and our father’s example we learned the importance of being responsible people, helping others, and to be self-sufficient. Her innate leadership carried her to be a successful businesswoman. Her faith led her to be involved and support her Parishes throughout her life. She volunteered as a CCD teacher, a woman’s club leader, and a Sunday greeter. Our parents enjoyed traveling. They had many fun adventures looking for Chuck’s trophy trout! She loved hearing Chuck sing and listening to a variety of music together.
