Rosemary Snyder

passed away Monday, September 19, 2016 in Sun City, California at age 89.

Rosemary was born Saturday, March 5, 1927 in Youngstown, Ohio to parents John Dixon and Gertrude Marion Cunningham Dixon. Rosemary was the eldest of six children; all girls. Rosemary married Robert Snyder (Bob) on August 16, 1946. They raised six beautiful children together. The couple were married 61 years until Bob's death in 2007. A part of Rosemary died that day. She was lost without him.

Rosemary was preceded in death by both parents, her eldest son John, son in law Paul, husband and best friend Bob, and most recently her sister Shirley.

Her beautiful life will be forever remembered by her children Mary Linda, Bill, Jim, Michael, and Christine; daughters in law Kelly, Lucy, and Lynn, son in law Jim (JD); seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren. Also four sisters, brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews.

All of us are blessed with years of memories of Mom, Grandma, Sister, Aunt, Rosemary. She was a strong, beautiful woman. She was a true lady; passionate about what she believed in. The sound of her laughter will probably be missed most. The impact she's had in each of our lives will never be forgotten.
