Roy Andrew Young passed away peacefully in his sleep at home with his beloved wife of 46 years , Judy Young, by his side. Roy was born in Euafaula, OK to Mildred and Andrew Young on May 18, 1944. He was the oldest of 5 children; Pearl Hernandez of Fresno, Earl Young (passed), John Young (passed), and Gerald Young of Clovis. Roy was a skilled tradesman. Worked in many fields. He was a great outdoorsman. Roy loved to fish, hunt, farming, and watching old movies. Roy was a strong, hard loving man, but was a great provider who worked hard to take care of all his children; Mary McGuire, Roy Young, Andrew Young, David Young, Paulette Young-Jones, and Mary Hudgens-Young; 14 grandchildren, Robin, Derrick, Allison, Skylar, Megan, Cassidy, David Jr., Dominic, Darlene, Vanessa, Elizabeth, Phoenix, Marley, and Weston; and 6 great-grandchildren. Services will be private. Roy touched many lives and will be truly missed by all those who were honored to know him and who loved him.
