Santos J Montalvo

Santos J. Montalvo, age 41, of Victorville, California, passed away, Sunday, September 29, 2013, in Victorville, California. He was born on Tuesday, July 11, 1972 in Norwalk, California to Santos Montalvo and Martha (Cardenas) McFauls. He was the loving husband of Cheryl Montalvo for over 6 years. Santos served his country honorably, retiring after 20 years of service in the Air Force. He was a decorated soldier receiving the Air Force Commendation Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal, Meritorious Unit Award, National Defense Service Medal and the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal. When Santos was not hard at work, he enjoyed watching his favorite football team play, the Dallas Cowboys. He was a food and wine connoisseur; he enjoyed cooking for family and friends. He left a lasting impression with everyone he met. He will be greatly missed and forever loved.

Those left to mourn his passing, but cherish his memory is his loving wife, Cheryl Montalvo, beloved son, Jordan; parents, Santos Montalvo and Martha McFauls; brothers and sisters, Peter, Gerrit, Allison and Melissa and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
