Sheila Ruth Henderson, 83 of Hemet, California passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2012, at Hemet Valley Medical Center in Hemet, California. She was born on Saturday, May 25, 1929 in Los Angeles, California. Sheila graduated with a Bachelor's Degree. Surviving is her brother, Earl Henderson of Congress, AZ. Sheila was a Bookkeeper for over 30 years. She enjoyed traveling the world. She loved anthropology. Sheila learned Spanish and was able to lead tours throughout Mexico. She loved doing this. She was a people person and enjoyed new adventures. Her family would say that Sheila was a strong, independant and adventurous person. She was also very satisfied with ther life. Sheila enjoyed volunteering for the Democratic Party. She was an avid reader and loved being on her computer. Sheila had a interesting adventure in Yellowstone National Park; She and her then husband were winter Keepers in a lodge and found themselves stuck in a snow storm. Thank God they had plenty of food, because they were stranded for 6 months. Sheilas only regret was she did not have enought books to read.
