Shirley Irene Fitzgerald was born August 15, 1927 in Granite City, Illinois. She went to join her beloved husband of 48 years on February 18, 2011, William James Fitzgerald Sr. who preceded her in death. Shirley was a devoted wife, mother and sister. She was a teacher in her earlier years then became a homemaker where she could devote her time to her husband and four children. She is survived by son James J Fitzgerald, daughter Kathleen Sierra and husband Rudy, son William J Fitzgerald Jr, wife Katherine, and daughter Barbara Anne Naile, husband Fred, 11 grand children and 12 great grand children, brother Bruce O Wright, wife Lucretia, and Sister in Law Jeanne Johnson. Funeral service will be at Miller-Jones Hemet Mortuary at 1:00 PM, Thursday, February 24, 2011. Arrangements are being handled by Miller - Jones Mortuary & Crematory - Hemet , 1501 W.
