Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, September 15, 2017 in Lake Elsinore, California; she was born on March 9, 1948 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late Harry and Betty (Huntzeger) Fry.
Susan was a registered nurse for most of her life. She enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles, making quilts, canning and shopping for antiques.
She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Patrick; her children and their families, Derek (Lori) Carmichael of Lake Elsinore, Ca and Devon (Debbie) Carmichael of Largo, FL; her grandchildren MacKenna and Malik.
There will be a visitation on Monday, September 18, 2017 from 4-8pm at Miller-Jones Mortuary 26770 Murrieta rd., Sun City, Ca 92586. A funeral service will be on Tuesday, September 19 at 11am at Miller-Jones Mortuary.
