Sylvia was a second Mom to me. As Leslie & I grew up together as friends Sylvia and Rufus always treated me like I was one of their own. Leslie & I would get into trouble (like Kids do) and Sylvia would make sure she told me a thing or two or three about our behavior and her disappointment in us but in a Loving but stern way. She was tough and Loving at the same time. She always wanted The best for others. The Johnson's excepted me into their home at a time in my life where I needed them. Their doors were open and they excepted me where I was. Words can't describe how Greatful I am. They helped guide me at a young age. They were the example of structure that I needed at that time. I believe that God has placed them in my life and I am so Glad that He did.
Sylvia, Rufus & Leslie Thank You So Much for all that you have done for me.

Let me not forget Rufus, her one and only Husband, lover, and friend. Rufus you don't need me to say, she loved you.....know this "you have experienced true love for a lifetime"

Leslie, I have only seen you twice when you were 3 years and I believe when you were 5 or 6 I can't quite remember. You were a beautiful little girl and now a beautiful young lady. You as you know, your and your daughters Mom pride and joy. She is so proud of you, both of your parents are. I hope to see you both next week. I have pictures your Mom sent.
