Surrounded by family, Teresa Lynn Barbato, 61, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2019, at Kaiser Permanente, Moreno Valley, California. Teresa was born on Thursday, September 18, 1958 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to her father Raymond Nielsen, and late mother Beverly (Ford) Nielsen.
Teresa is preceded in death by her beautiful sister Denise Alfaro and mother Beverly Nielsen. She is survived by her father Raymond Nielsen, her wonderful siblings; Michelle Boggs, Timothy Nielsen, Pamela Isvak and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly
