Thelma Bernice Groudas, age 80 of Sun City, California died on Tuesday, June 23, 2015. Born Monday, October 22, 1934 in Pigcoke, Texas, she was the daughter of the late William Raper and the late Willie Baker Raper.
Surviving are son, Ronald Lanham; daughters, Berneta Groudas, Roberta Lanham and Maria McKeever; sisters, Edith Kitchen, Mary Weaver, Betty Gonzales and Jeannie Puckett; 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren..
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM on Saturday, June 27, 2015, at Miller-Jones Mortuary - Sun City, 26770 Murrieta Road, Sun City. A funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Sunday, June 28th at Miller-Jones Mortuary - Sun City. Interment will be in Dearborn Memorial Park, Poway, California on Monday, June 29th at 1:00 PM.
