Theresa Lynn Jones

Theresa Lynn Jones passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 9, 2015 in Murrieta, California, surrounded by her loving family; she was born on December 19, 1985, in Worcester, Massachusetts to Michael and Sharon (Ives) Talmadge.

Theresa graduated from La Costa Canyon High School in Carlsbad, CA in 2003 and from University of Phoenix in 2013 with a BS in Accounting. She worked for the County of Riverside as an accountant. She loved to bake, in fact she had a little side business called "Crave My Cakes", she also enjoyed sewing, building models, painting and loved to play video games and playing the piano , but her family was most important to her.

She is survived by her husband, Solomon Jones; her children, Jewel, Jasmine, Giselle and Elijah; her parents, Michael and Sharon Talmadge; her siblings, Ed and Carolyn Talmadge and her in-laws Monica and Angel Santiago.

There will be a visitation on Thursday, July 16, 2015 from 4-8pm at Miller-Jones Mortuary Sun City. A funeral service on Friday, July 17, 2015 at 10am at Miller-Jones Mortuary with graveside service to follow at Menifee Valley Cemetery.

A scholarship fund has been established for Jewel, Jasmine, Giselle and Elijah. Donations may be made out to "Theresa Jones Memorial Scholarship Fund" and mailed to Sharon Talmadge, 2031 Acacia Drive, San Marcos, CA 92078.
