Valentina Rodriguez Fuentes, age 92 of Escondido, California passed away on Monday, May 1, 2017, in Escondido, California. She was born on Saturday, February 14, 1925 in San Diego, California to her father and mother, Enrique and Maria Rodriguez. She was the loving wife of Alvino Fuentes who passed away August 1, 2004. Valentina was an avid Los Angeles Dodgers fan. Her signature gift of joy, shown through her constant smiling and laughter will never be forgotten.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Bernardo Fuentes, Gloria Sanchez, Martha Garcia, Maria Luz Paz and Yolanda Lozano; 18 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild and a host of other family members and friends.
