Virginia Ruth Reynolds, age 76, of Richlands, VA, passed away Friday, July 22, 2016, at Wellmont Hospice House in Bristol, TN. Virginia was born September, 13, 1939 in Adair Oklahoma. She was the daughter of the late Irving Edward Duncan and the late Nora Bell (Reyolds) Duncan. Virginia was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents her two children James Wesley Reynolds and Lisa K. Vance.
She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, W. James Reynolds of Richlands, VA., two daughters, Kathy Lynn Reynolds, Rhonda Sue Falls, eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
