Passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 6, 2020 in Menifee, California; he was born on August 23, 1941 in Sonoma County, California to the late William and Lola (Bryant) Sparks.
Walter was a Senior Vice President in the banking industry for 45 years. He enjoyed ready, fishing and making his wife happy, also he loved God always singing his praises. He was a member of Magnolia Avenue Baptist Church.
He is survived by his loving wife, Ramona Sparks; his loving children and their families, Veronica Forest, Tara Falsetti and Daniel Sparks; his siblings, Roland Sparks and Joan Biddle; four grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be at a later date.
