

Willard Charles Palmer was born on October 1, 1951 to the union of Willie Frank Palmer (preceded him in death, 2001) and Lora Mae Palmer.
At the early age Willard accepted Jesus as his personal Savior and was united with Community Baptist Church, Compton CA, under the pastorship of E. Boyd Esters. He was active in the Youth and Young Adult Choir, where he exercised his gifted talent of singing.
Willard attended school in the Compton High School in 1969. He continued his pursuit of engineering and obtained employment in the Southern California area at Rockwell Int'l/Boeing, where he was employed for 40 years.
Willard and his childhood girlfriend Linda Smith were the proud parents of one son, Kahlon T, Palmer. He later met and married Angie Booterbaugh. To this union Brance Charles and Ariel Elizabeth were born.
Later in life, Willard met and married Ma. Cynia T. Uy; to this union one son was born, Kinnon D. Palmer.
Willard had a passion for vocal and instrumental music. This passion led him to several CD's. He and his childhood friend Kevin Moore spent many hours collaborating on their music. Although Willard did not have any biological brothers, William (Bill) Robinson, Ralph Turner , Milton (Skip) Robinson, David Coffey, Marion Calhoun and Wayne Robinson (deceased) were as close as brothers.
He mad his transition into eternal life on September 6th 2012. He leaves to celebrate his life: wife Cynia; three sons, Kinnon, Brance and Kahlon; one daughter Ariel; mother Lora Faulk; one sister Lora "Jean", her husband James Reese and one stepbrother Michael Faulk (preceded in death by two sisters Janice and Deborah Faulk and stepfather John H. Faulk) and a host of relatives , loved ones and friends.
