He enjoyed camping, singing, square dancing and watching the USC Trojans. He was an honorary member of VFW as well as a member of the Elks.
He was the son of the late Randolf Bean and the late Elizabeth Bean
He is survived by his wife: Diane Bean of 37 years. He is also survived by his sons; Michael and Richard Bean and Mark DePasquale, daughters; Christine Hay, Jodie Collins, Debbie Dolin and brother, Randolph Bean.
