Zachary Gordon Nahsohn passed away peacefully in the arms of his Daddy and Mommy on June 4, 2013 at 1:36 AM, at Loma Linda, CA. He was born on July 18, 2010, and was looking forward to having a yellow-themed third birthday party next month. He loved playing with his Thomas the Train Engines, and was excited to start preschool this fall.
Zachary Gordon is the son of Adi and Tansy Nahsohn of Murrieta, CA. He is survived by his parents and five siblings: Brooke, Alexander, Cynthia, Jackson, and Jacob. His Grandparents are Roberta Mitts of Murrieta, CA; Avi and Bertha Nahsohn of San Diego, CA; Angela Gray-Couture of Lemon Grove, CA; and Gary Couture of Ramona, CA. His Great-Grandfathers are Charles Gray of Wheeler, MI; and William Schechner of Rehovot, Isreal. He also has many aunts, uncles, cousins, and honorary family members who miss and love him.
Zachary Gordon is with God now. He has claimed his spot with Jesus by coming down to this earth and gaining his physical body. He was such a righteous spirit that he needed not live in mortality any longer. We were allowed to have him here for almost three years, and for that, we are all blessed. He has touched the lives of countless people in his short life, and he continues to influence people all over the world, even after his passing. We are grateful for the knowledge of the Plan of Salvation, and the promise we have of eternal families.
Services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 29725 Bradley Road, Menifee, CA. There will be a viewing at 5:00 PM for those who knew the family personally. The funeral will start at 6:00 PM, and is open to the public. Following the services, family and friends of the family will reconvene at Miller-Jones' Mortuary, 26770 Murrieta Road, Sun City, CA, for burial services. The family would appreciate guests to wear Zachary Gordon's favorite color, yellow.
