She was born on September 26, 1924 in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, to the late Everett Hughes and Zona Robinson Hughes.
Zona was a loving and caring spirit and had a sense of humor. She also loved sewing and making crafts in her spare time. Zona was active in her church and was part of the local Presbyterian Woman's Association. Zona looked forward to Friday's when she would pick up her grandson, Benjamin from school when he was a youngster.
Zona was preceded in death by her husband Glen Crowl.
She is survived by her two sons, Greg Crowl (Mary) and Grant Crowl; grandchild Benjamin Crowl, great grandchildren; Colter, Madison and Levi.
Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
