Charlotte Singer of East Meadow, New York born on August 6th 1922 passed away on November 11th 2012. Beloved wife of the late Herman. Loving mother of Andrew Singer and Dr. Elyse Singer. Dear mother-in-law of Barbara Singer and Dr. Bradley Manning. Adored grandmother of Alyson Singer. Funeral services will held on November 13th 2012 2pm at Beth Moses Cemetery, Farmingdale, New York.
