Eleanor Schwartz passed away on August 9, 2015 at the age of 88 years old. Beloved mother of Robert, David and Richard. A graveside service will be held on August 10, 2015 at 1:00 pm at New Montefiore Cemetery, Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, New York.
Mrs. Schwartz is predeceased by her husband Hyman and their daughter, Alene.
