Philip P. Dunne, was born November 4, 1928 and passed away on October 10, 2013.

Mr. Dunne was born in Ireland and is survived by a brother, Noel Dunne of Dublin.

He was a well known jockey at Belmont Park in Elmont, NY for many years.
