A chapel service will take place on Sunday, December 18th, 2016 at 11:30am.
A graveside service will immediately follow at New Montefiore Cemetery in Farmingdale, New York.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Vivian's memory to the ASPCA or Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.
Arrangements are under the direction of Jewish Memorial Chapel of Long Island, Hempstead, NY.
