Bert Dennis Coe Jr.

Bert Dennis Coe, Jr., 34, of Henderson, passed away Monday, June 2, 2014. He was born October 25, 1979, to Bert and Sandra Coe, and had been a lifelong resident of Henderson, Nevada. Bert worked as an automotive technician for the past 16 years but was a car enthusiast from birth. He graduated from Basic High School in 1998 and immediately went to work at Fairway Chevrolet. After a few years of wrenching there he moved his toolbox closer to home, Henderson Chevrolet, where he worked until January 2012. He then accepted a job through I.U.O.E Local 12 to work for CSC (now PAE) where he excelled as a master technician. He was a wonderful and devoted father and husband; a loving son and brother; a loyal and trusted friend; an avid sand dunner; a proud American; and an Eagle Scout. No matter what you needed, Bert was always there to help. Bert was preceded in death by his father, Bert Dennis Coe. Bert is survived by his beloved wife, Ashley; his beautiful children, Madilyn (6), Melanie (5), and Nathan (3); his mother, Sandra Ann Coe; and his sister, Tiffany Lynn Clark. Services will be on Saturday, June 14 at the LDS Chapel, 400 S. Water Street, Henderson, NV. Viewing will be from 9-10:30 a.m. Funeral at 11:00. Burial immediately following at Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015. Bert will be sorely missed by all who were lucky enough to know him.
