Blake Blake Owen Kunkle Maguire

Cause of death, was blunt force injury of head and neck, due to an automobile accident.

He was laid to rest on December 23, 2011 in the Suncrest Garden section, at Palm Memorial Park.

Space #1705. Located behind Palm Mortuary, in Henderson, Nevada.

He was born September 6, 1984 in Lancaster, California at the Antelope Valley Hospital.

He was raised by his mother in Henderson, Nevada. He spent every other holiday and 8 weeks

of each summer, with his father in Lancaster, California.

Blake was preceded in death by his father, Frank Owen Maguire of Lancaster, California.

Blake is survived by his mother, Kimberly Dawn Kunkle/Maguire/Kunkle of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Blake was preceded in death by his step-dad, Mark H. Williams of Homosassa, Florida.

Blake is survived by his step-mom, Debra B. Maguire of Lancaster, CA

and his step-dad, Charles L.White Jr. of Las Vegas, NV.

Blake is survived by his grandmother, Mary A. Mendoza and his grandfather, Dwight R. Kunkle.

Blake was preceded in death by his grandpapa Ray, Ramon A.Mendoza and grandpa Turkey, Richard O.Maguire.

Blake is survived by 7 uncles, Del and Eric Kunkle. Of the Maguire side, are Dick, Rich, Leo, Rob, and Bob.

Blake is survived by 6 aunts, Diana Kunkle/Garcia. Of the Maguire side, are Patti, Joy, Dorothy, Lil and Kathy.

Blake is survived by 8 cousins of Kunkle side, Chad, Crystal, Derek, Phillip, Shane, Misti, Justin and Joshua.

Blake is survived by 9 cousins of Maguire side, Dan, Bill, Becky, Christine, Rick, Tim, Sarah, Tammie & Mikhaila.

Blake was a graduate, from Basic High School "Class of 2003" Mascot-Basic Wolves in Henderson, Nevada.

Blake worked at American Airlines, at McCarran Airport in Las Vegas, NV as a Cargo Carrier, from 2003 to 2005.

Blake was a Journeyman Pipefitter, and proud Union Member of the Plumbers/Pipefitters Local #525, here in Las Vegas, Nevada. Blake joined the Local #525 Union, as an Apprentice in 2005. His apprenticeship schooling lasted 5 years. His Journeyman Graduation was on June 12, 2010 in Las Vegas, NV. Blake graduated, with a 5 year Certificate for Perfect Attendance.

Visitation was on Thursday, December 22, 2011 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Funeral Services were on Friday, December 23, 2011 from 10:00 am. until 12 p.m, at Palm Mortuary. Located at 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, Nevada 89015. (702)464-8440. Service also included graveside, burial, and family gathering afterward to reflect Blake's life. All were invited. Blake's life items were displayed. Pictures are available, for those who did not stay or for those who were unable to attend.
