

Carmen Freeman, age 82, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on Friday, May 14, 2021. Carmen was born September 10, 1938 in Detroit, Michigan to her parents Florencio Aguirre and Victoria Gonzales. Carmen relocated to Nevada where she worked as a housekeeping inspector.
Carmen had a great love for her hobbies which included: sewing, quilting, crafts, drawing and puzzles of all kinds. She loved music, reading, watching movies and was a true Dodgers fan; she was so much fun. Her family will miss her deeply.
Carmen was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Freeman; and her parents: Florencio Aguirre and Victoria Alvarez. She is survived by her children Carrie Enriquez, Alex Gomez, Diane Salazar (Felipe), Maggie Lopez (Oscar), Sonia Rosales, Mona Insinna (Richard), 24 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; sisters: Dolores Zamora (Felipe) and Connie Sanchez; and brothers: Andrew Aguirre (Liz) and Arnie Carrillo (Katrina).
A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, June 28, 2021 at Palm Boulder Highway Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015. She will be laid to rest privately with her family at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery at a later date.
